Our seminar will focus on the decision-making process that a pilot uses to answer the "Go? No-Go?" question.  The answer is not always black and white, but levels of gray.   In this seminar, we will explore conditions such as weather, aircraft status/performance, pilot status/condition and other potential risk areas.  The primary goal is safety, so how do we evaluate the risks, then mitigate the risks and finally, if too risky, make the decision to "no-go" and delay or cancel the flight.
