The first hour's topic will be Winter Flying. Winter flying presents particular risks and requires mastery of their management. We will suggest methods to eliminate, mitigate, transfer or accept those risks.     In the second hour, we will present various critical or emergency situations. The likely causes and corrective actions will be explored and evaluated using the CARE analysis methodology.    We will utilize two custom-designed Power Point presentations, classroom discussion, question and answer format.
