Welcome to the very first Wings on Display Airport Day at Mark Anton Municipal Airport.  Our event will be Saturday September 7th 2024 from 1100-1800.  We will have 3 sections of static displays to include: Warbirds, Vintage, and Modern Day Aircraft.  Most aircraft are museum quality to include the "Flagship Detroit" DC-3, a PBY Catalina, and the Old Crow P-51 Mustang.  Many more hand-picked, unique, and head turning aircraft to see without having to go to one of the big shows to check them out.  There will be live music from Wade Sims/ Mt Leconte Jug Band/ and One for the Road.  Food trucks, a vendor shopping area, and a large "Kids Zone" also.  Overnight RV/ Tent/ and Underwing camping available from the 6th to the 8th with nightly large camp fire and music, breakfast with our local CAP on Saturday, and a early morning church service by the runway on Sunday.
